By accessing or using planetpetly.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

03. Products

All products sold on this website are physical goods — pet waste bag dispensers and biodegradable bag refills manufactured and distributed by Adrarecom LLC under the PlanetPetly brand.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. Minor variations may occur between product images and actual items.

04. Orders & Payments

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. Adrarecom LLC does not store your payment card details.

05. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide to over 30 countries using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping. This means all import duties and taxes are covered by us — you will not receive any surprise customs charges at your door.

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and are estimates only. Adrarecom LLC is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Free shipping is available to selected countries. A flat shipping fee applies to all other regions. Details are provided at checkout.

06. Returns & Refunds

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at customercare@adrarecom.com within 14 days of delivery with photo evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

We do not accept returns on opened or used products unless they are faulty. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective.

07. Biodegradable Products

Our biodegradable bags are certified compostable under ASTM D6400 (BPI certified) and EN 13432 (DIN CERTCO certified, Reg No. 7P1397). Composting is intended for industrial composting facilities. These facilities may not be available in all areas. Adrarecom LLC makes no guarantee about the availability of composting facilities in your region.

08. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including the PlanetPetly brand name, logo, product images, copy, and design is the property of Adrarecom LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

09. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adrarecom LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

10. Privacy

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming.
